دکتر سید امیرحسین جلالی متولد سال 1351و دارای مدرک دکترای تخصصی ژنتیک پزشکی و دکترای پزشکی عمومی می باشد.
ایشان فارغ التحصیل دکترای پزشکی از دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه در سال 1377 میباشند و مدرک دکترای تخصصی ژنتیک پزشکی را از دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه تربیت مدرس اخذ نموده اند.
در طول سالهای گذشته علاوه بر نقش درتشخیص و درمان بیماران ، در زمینه مشاوره و تحقیق درباره روشهای درمانی نوین بسیاری از بیماریها به روش های کمتر تهاجمی و نسبتا بی خطرفعالیت های فراوانی داشته اند.
در طی سالیان گذشته مطالعات و تحقیقات فراوانی در زمینه پزشکی داشته اند و ماحصل آن ارائه بیش از 30 طرح پژوهشی نوشتن بیش از 50 مقاله علمی و پژوهشی و چاپ در ژورنال های معتبر بین المللی و چاپ دو کتاب بوده است. هم اکنون شاخص علم سنجی ایشان بر مبنای H index معادل 12 می باشد.
ایشان علاوه بر پژوهش در زمینه سیتوژنتیک بالینی و تشخیص آسیب های محیطی با استفاده از میکرونوکلئی ، در تشخیص تغییر در بیان ژنهای دخیل در سیستم ترمیم و مرگ برنامه ریزی شده سلول ( آپوپتوزیس) و همینطور تغییر در متیلاسیون (اپی ژنتیک) تبحردارند.
